Grammie's Ice Cream Surprise

My mom is retiring this year after many years of being a wonderful and dedicated teacher. Her school had a ice cream party for Teacher Appreciation Week and we all surprised her by being there! All five grandkids...including one month old baby William! Ice cream and hugs all around. ;)

Team Holman stayed over that night. Ave and Emma had a sleepover in Ave's room and I caught this shot before they went to bed. Ave reading to Em...swoon. These sweet girls. Our girls. Cousins. So fun. ;)

Preschool Mother's Day Tea

Mother's Day Tea at preschool is quite possibly one of the cutest events in motherhood. Preschool babies just love, love, love their mama...and I will gladly soak in all that love. Robbie had been singing the song they practiced for a week. So adorable.

And in true threenager fashion, Robbie would not pose for a picture with me. This is as good as it gets, folks. A preschooler is a preschooler. :) Happy Mother's Day to me!
